Subject: Re: Bridger Mandola is On Its Way!

Good Morning Mickey ---
The Bridger arrived on Thursday as expected and I have
to tell you it is an absolutely extraordinary
instrument. As you said, it has a truly "sweet tone"
and the volume and quality of workmanship are
phenomenal. It is definitely a "keeper" and will
serve all my needs for many years to come. I've grown
to expect any instrument from Weber to be superlative,
but this mandola exceeded my expectations by a quantum
leap.

Thanks for all your help and I look forward to meeting
you in person in a few weeks.

Subject: WEBER BRIDGER MANDOLA

DEAR SUZIE AND BRIAN,   JUST A QUICK NOTE TO THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION IN THE ORDERING OF MY BRIDGER MANDOLA.  IT IS A TRULY MARVELOUS INSTRUMENT, AND THE CUSTOM OPTIONS COMBINED WITH WEBER'S IMPECCABLE  CRAFTSMANSHIP, MAKE IT A VISUAL WORK OF ART.  ALSO, WEBER NOW SUPPLIES A FIRST CLASS CASE.  THE BRIDGER'S  UNPLUGGED ACOUSTIC SOUND IS WONDERFUL; SWEET,  RICH AND CLEAR.  HOWEVER, WHEN PLAYED THROUGH MY CRATE CA60D WITH A LINE6 DISTORTION MODELER,  THE MCINTYRE PICK UP TAKES THE MANDOLA TO A NEW LEVEL. AGAIN, THANK YOU.  FOLK OF THE WOOD IS MY MUSIC RETAILER OF FIRST CHOICE; FAIR PRICES, GOOD PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE.  SINCERELY,  CHAD WETZEL.

Date: Tue, 30 Jan 2001 Hi Bryan, Just to let you know that the Weber mandola arrived safely and what a beautiful instrument it is! Thanks for all your help and for giving me a great deal. The strings that are on it are, I presume, the same as the 5 sets of strings you sent with it. They seem thicker than the ones that I used to use. Are thinner sets available, or can you suggest a way I could make up my own set? Best wishes, Morgan Fisher
